First published in 1896, this is basically a diary with lots of Victorian advertising (some in colour),  and information for civil engineers of the day. In hard covers with gilt lettering sound but faded and stained in places, the spline starting to separate, with the odd loose page, but generally very good.

Gives an address register of firms represented in the catalogue, as well as an index to goods and materials. Split into sections for Engines, Elevators, Machinery Tools & Appliances, Iron & Steel Construction, Metal Work & Hardware, Electrical, Heating, Lighting & Ventilating Engineering, Sanitary Engineering & Water Service, Fireproofing, Soundproof & Damp proof Goods & Materials, Bricks, Tiles & Terra Cotta, Masonry, Marble, Flooring, Cements, Asphaltes, Finishing & Decorating Etc.

List of Surveyors to H.M.Works & Public Buildings, Surveyors to Vestries, Board of Works, Councils, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Etc. The diary is three days to a page and unused.
