Original reclaimed and refurbished Victorian latch and dead lock dating from circa 1870. For left hand fitting when viewed from the lock side of the door, it accepts the imperial standard 5.1/6" (8mm) square spindle, has heavy steel latch, dead bolt, interior sliding privacy bolt, with brass escutcheons to case front and back. There are four fixing holes to the case front, and two in the return end plate to attach to the door edge. The lock case and keeper have been re-finished with a powder coating of satin black.
